The newly certified partners consist of HPT and QNet in Vietnam, alongside Edmond Tung, a corporate trainer based in Singapore. These partners are now equipped to offer SpecterAI’s Quantum-Safe Security Foundations course to a wide range of sectors, including enterprises, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, and public-sector organizations. The program focuses on educating these entities about the upcoming changes in cryptographic technology and the need for early adaptation.
This move comes on the heels of recent advisories from Vietnam’s National Electronic Authentication Centre (NEAC), which has urged businesses to brace for the post-quantum era, emphasizing the vulnerability of current public key cryptography in the face of quantum advancements. By June 2026, Vietnam had issued almost 32 million digital signature certificates, underscoring the significant scope of the cryptographic transition that lies ahead.
A key component of the training program is instruction on assessing quantum-related cybersecurity risks using Mosca’s Inequality (X+Y>Z). This framework aids organizations in determining how long they must keep sensitive data secure and the time required to transition to quantum-resistant encryption. SpecterAI aims to enhance regional expertise in post-quantum cybersecurity by empowering certified partners to deliver this training autonomously.
