Vietnam’s General Secretary and President Tô Lâm, along with his wife Ngô Phương Ly, were officially welcomed by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Kremlin in Moscow, marking a significant moment in Tô Lâm’s state visit to Russia. The ceremony took place in the St George’s Hall at the Grand Kremlin Palace, where both leaders exchanged greetings before the national anthems of their countries were played. They also took the opportunity to introduce members of their respective official delegations.
