Vietnam’s 16th National Assembly is set to convene for its first extraordinary session in Hanoi from August 3 to August 24. During this session, lawmakers will address an extensive legislative agenda that includes the consideration of 33 agenda items. This ambitious agenda consists of the passage of 15 draft laws and four draft resolutions, the initial readings of seven additional bills, and discussions on seven significant national issues.
